Early intervention is provided to the SilverChain group. Please refer to the flow chart for the process of this referral. Three (3) physiotherapy sessions can be accessed on referral over the course of up to 3 weeks. This intervention program is to manage workers with injuries that are likely to resolve in this period of time.
Email or calls are required to advise of increases to capacity, discharge or escalation to WorkCover.
CONSUMABLES NOT COVERED. THEY ARE TO BE SELF FUNDED IN THIS PHASE OF MANAGEMENT
