Physiotherapists employed or contracted within this practice may practice acupuncture under any of the following paradigms;
- Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
- Western Acupuncture
- Dry Needling
The basic introductory training for a physiotherapist to practice acupuncture or dry needling depends on the paradigm being employed:
- Traditional Chinese Acupuncture: 150 hours
- Western Acupuncture: 2 day course
- Dry Needling: 2 day course
