KCGM Internally Managed WORK INJURIES

KCGM is now owned and operated by NSR. Adriana Roso and or the occupational health nurses will periodically refer injured workers to physiotherapy for management of injuries sustained on site. The procedure is as follows:

• • review injured worker

  • provide appropriate treatment

  • complete report as per NSR report template on Nookal

  • ask reception to email report to OHNs at KCGM

  • if the condition is going to require more than 3 session please contact OHNs via phone:

You are eligible to provide 3 sessions. Additional sessions for "preventative management" may be allowed on discussion with the OHNs.

KCGM may be happy to allow for ongoing internal management to a maximal allowable amount of $1000.

Internal Management Report

The KCGM treatment report is located in the letter section of Nookal. Complete all areas of the form and ensure it is emailed off following completion.
