A lot of the time client’s will come into the clinic and will not have some of their relevant documentation on them. The physio will ask you to call their GP, Surgeon or even insurance company to get these documents.
To get the number select “Contacts” on the tool bar in Nookal
In the search bar type the name of the person you are going to call
§ If the person is already a contact the number will be shown in their contact file
If you cannot find the contact you are looking for you will need to google the clinic’s name
When you call the contact you will need the client’s details due to privacy reasons
Give them the bookings email when they ask
If it is a hospital and they request a fax number give them (08) 9093 4508
§ This is our fax number and will send the fax to the bookings email
If they ask you to send them an email to request the document, ask them for their relevant email
§ When sending the email make sure to put the client’s full First and Last name and Date of birth.
§ Clearly state what document you require ie Left Shoulder MRI from August 2021
Once you have received the document forward the email to the physio who requested it
Save the document onto the client’s file
