The computer will be sleeping or turned off
Try wiggling the mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard to turn the computer on – if this does not work you will need to press the “on/off” button on the tower of the computer which is located under each of the desks at reception
The “on/off” button will light up green when the computer is on
The log in for the computer written on a label at the bottom left hand of each computer screen
Once logged in open Google Chrome which is located on the tool bar at the bottom of the screen
Under the search bar there is an icon with a “ infinity symbol” which is label “Nookal” – select this icon
A login screen will show up (some login details will already be completed)
Company ID is “GOLDFIELDS”
The email address for the reception computers are different:
§ Right (closest to the entrance) Reception computer: reception@goldfieldsphysio.com.au
§ Left (closest to the gym) Reception computer: bookings@goldfieldsphysio.com.au
§ Hover over the “password” section, a list of emails with their matching password will appear – select the email that matches the reception computer you are on (ie left reception computer is the “bookings” email)
§ Note: the password needs to be reset every 45 days – a notification will come up on the Nookal login page when this is required
When logged into Nookal select the “Diary” tab at the top left corner of the screen
Open the Outlook Email this is located on the tool bar at the bottom of the screen – this will already be logged in
