KCGM Return to Work Assessments

KCGM will time to time ask for RTW assessments for their employees. These are detail Functional Capacity Evaluations and testing should be comprehensive enough to determine the state of their injury and capacity to perform their job role as per the KCGM duties manual.

The duties manual (which is incomplete) and roles (which should capture most roles) are attached below.

Examples of completed assessments are also attached. Please be aware that the nature and inclusions in the assessment will vary based on the injury.

Once the assessment is complete please in addition to the report, please complete the medical clearance and work capacity form. Both the assessment and this form are to be provided to reception for uploading to Nookal and distribution to KCGM.
