Print referral from email, call the number that is provided on the document.
IF THEY DON’T ANSWER- Make notation on the referral form with date and initials to say you’ve contacted the client along with “left message” or if the “client will return call” etc.
Put the hard copy in the bottom section of the tray, which is behind the glass sliding doors, behind the computer closest to the entry/exit door.
