Equipment Policies and Procedures

It is up to each employee to take care of equipment used and if breakdowns occur to report and or document them to the Practice Manager as soon as possible. Please be advised that heat packs and / or moist pads are not to be placed on the therapeutic machines.

The Practice has details of all equipment and the Practice Manager records dates for maintenance, however, staff are requested to apply for early maintenance visits if equipment is in need. Please use the appropriate request forms.
