Community Education / Involvement

As part of our commitment to community education the practice provides occasional education programs and in-services to various community clubs and organizations.

Requests for these programs or in-services should be directed to the Clinic Director. Firm arrangements must be made and the necessary time blocked out of the appointment diary for the staff member concerned.

Arrangements are to be confirmed close to the time of the presentation.

Various materials such as spines, posters, information cards and practice brochures are to be taken.

Some employees also may choose to become involved in community sporting clubs in a physiotherapy related role. Discounts may be available to members of the club on prior arrangement with the Practice Manager.

Employees are encouraged to take part in community education and involvement.
