Transferring a call
To transfer a call, you press the arrow/people button on the phone.
Then press the relevant person’s button on the left to the names displayed on the phone screen.
YOU can’t transfer a call whilst having the client on hold.
Sometimes the phone automatically transfers a call to one of the phones out the back. You will need to apply the same steps to transfer back to your stations phone.
Putting a call on hold
To put a call on hold you need to press the red button that the phone with the receiver off the hook.
To retrieve the call, you press the button with the number flashing next to it.
This is usually on the top button.
