All messages whether by phone or email are to be returned within 2 hours, and finalised at the end of each day.
Check Answering Machine Messages:
- Press play and write down message and call back details
- Adjust play speed and volume if required
Check Mobile Phone Messages:
- Dial 111 to check voicemail from the clinic mobile
- Some messages may go unnoticed as they don’t show on the home screen
Check Email Messages:
- Regularly check emails and respond to enquiries
- Refer to the easy enquiry system for email response
- Also check emails that are marked as read because more than one person has access to this email account.
