• Circulatory insufficiency
• Sensory loss.
• Cancer / or radiotherapy areas.
• Risk of dissemination – acute infection, tumour.
• Exacerbation of existing conditions – recent radiotherapy, skin conditions.

Warning / Informed Consent:

This practice recommends providing the following:

“When having this treatment all you should not feel anything. Do not look directly at the laser and do not remove your protective glasses. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in damage to your eyes. Do you understand what I have said? Do you have any questions? Are you happy for me to proceed?”
