Staff meetings following correct meeting procedures (principals and staff) will be held once every 2 months to:
An agenda will be prepared to ensure smooth running and conclude the meeting in a timely manner.
Minutes of staff meetings will be kept and copies of minutes distributed to staff to act as a reminder to all concerned to carry out any duties that may have been delegated to them.
The Manger(s) or Director will check that all duties and tasks allocated have been carried out.
Meetings are important to keep all staff informed of practice performance, maintain communication and keep the team motivated.
