Program Extensions

From time to time it may be necessary to extend a program outside of the expected time frame.

If the patient is not currently receiving in clinic treatment, then a review should be booked prior to any extension being requested. Following the review, a new treatment plan should be provided. This should be done no less than a week prior to the end of the current program.

Once an extension is requested the procedure is the same as that of the initial request.
