(1 For my third role of film I was shooting with shadows and reflections in mind. By this time I was thoroughly acquainted with all the ins and outs of my camera. For this photo I found an interesting reflections off vines outside the school. (2 This is an angle up photo however that's not noticeable because we don't have any bearing. On the other hand, the vine is the subject and it's in one of the hotspots for the rule of thirds. to add, The black beams act as leading lines guiding your eye to the vine. (3 in this photo there is a lot of contrast happening. for one, there's tonal contrast, second of all, the subject matter contrast. the delicate organic form of the vine VS the extremely dark and light engineered elements of the window. (4 I believe this is a successful photo, it ticks off many compositional rule and it's interesting to look at. My favorite part is the simple subject matter of the vine. There's something cool about it. Something I struggled with was grabbing focus on the vine, the glare of the window made it had to see if I had Focus.
