Unit 4: Physical fitness
Our goal for this term is to:
Design a range of exercise programs for various individuals that incorporate the fitness components and training principles.
Participate in a range of sports and exercise programs.
Develop a knowledge of the principles of training and apply this to improving a chosen component of fitness;
Identify the purpose of measuring physical fitness, participate in a range of fitness tests to measure fitness levels and analyse results to suggest ways to improve results.
