Stage 4 Language: French Throughout this 100-hour introductory course, students will develop their communicative competencies and ability to make meaning in French. They will explore themes relating to their personal world, including family, friends, pets, school, and leisure activities. Students will learn to introduce themselves and others, discuss their likes and dislikes, and describe how they spend their free time. Additionally, they will learn to articulate their opinions and preferences, providing reasons for their choices. creating role plays and writing texts in Italian that implement the key structures learnt in class
listening and responding to spoken French
employing a range of strategies to recall key vocabulary
