Year 12 MATHEMATICS EXTENSION 2 2026
Starting Term 4 (2025) and ending 2026, students will commence the HSC Mathematics Extension 2 course.
We will build on the skills gained in the Advanced and Extension 1 courses.
TERM 1
Proof - The nature of proof & Mathematical induction
Vectors - Three-dimensional vectors & Vectors and vector equations of lines
Integration - Further Integration
In Term 1, students will complete HSC Task 2 for the Mathematics Extension 2 Course.
It will contribute 30% of the overall assessment for each course.
