EN:In accordance with an international convention and agreement, the decline in our planet’s biodiversity is to be halted by the year 2010. Countdown 2010, an initiative launched by the World Conservation Union, is intended to help achieve this ambitious goal.

FR:C’est d’ici à l’an 2010 que doit être stoppée, en vertu de conventions et d’accords internationaux, la diminution dramatique de la diversité biologique de notre planète. Countdown 2010, une initiative de l’Union mondiale pour la nature, doit contribuer à réaliser ce but ambitieux.
