KAROLINA'S TIME IN TUDANZAS

First two days I was trying to figure out how to make stories and posts for Tudanzas Instagram. We used Canva so it was a little difficult to learn how to do it all and how this program works. Then we had to publish it in Hootsuite for different times and days.

On Wednesday we did all this again with some slight changes and then we had lesson with kids and mothers from 10 to 11 o'clock. We were trying to use our bodies and muscles. Wednesday's theme were frogs. We jumped over "river" and did some jumps and movement to use our pelvises and leg muscles. Then we ended our time with some stretching and putting stones on our shoes. I really enjoyed it and the mothers were really lovely.

On Thursday we had another lesson with Stella, but this time we were dancing. Or honestly it felt like connecting our bodies to our souls. We  were trying to feel the vibrations of our body while the other person was tapping us. Then we moved with the wind and it felt like being a little drunk, but I couldn't know because I was never drunk. So hard to say.

In the last 10 minutes of our lesson we looked at photos of movement in Barcelona. They were taken all in black and white filter and I really loved that. I am planning to do something similar. Later they will make an album from it and have these memories saved there.

KAROLINA AND BARCELONA

The first two days I explored Barcelona with my teachers and classmates. We went sightseeing. I visited Sagrada Família, Placa de Catalunya and we had lunch here and then we parted our ways with our teachers and went to the beach. The sea was quite cold but I had to try it anyway at least with my feet. Then we just enjoyed the view and went back to our accomodation.

I am trying to go somewhere every day and explore Barcelona on my own or with my friends. I found really nice place near the river and I go there often.  Yesterday I went to lookout in the hills near Barcelona and the view from the top was spectacular (viz. photo). Today I went to see Arc de Triomf and then I was shopping.

In the end I ended up at the beach again, because I love the sea. I was reading there and testing the water. Then my friend came and we enjoyed it all together.

Overall I really like living in the Barcelona even if it is for two weeks. There are lots of dogs here so that's a bonus. I am looking forward to vising this amazing city again.

KAROLINA'S NEXT WEEK IN TUDANZAS

First three days of the week me and my classmate worked on e-mails. We had to create them and put some photos and adjust the text. It was quite hard task to do, but after a couple of tries I got the hang of it and it wasn't so difficult anymore.

Then I organized some files in Tudanzas Canva and we made some Instagram posts.

KAROLINA'S NEXT WEEK

On Wednesday we had lesson with parents with children and we focused on coordinating our turns and then we put some glitters on us and danced with it. In the end of our lesson we relaxed and did some stretching.

On Thursday me and another volunteer had contemporary lesson with Stella. We started with some slow stretching to prepare our bodies for movement. We tried to coordinate our bodies and arms with using a little force from the other person. Then we spinned in pairs and afterwards we finished with breath work.

I really loved both of the lessons and I definitely learned something from it.

KAROLINA AND BARCELONA WEEK 2

At the weekend we visited Park Guell and it was a really beutiful place full of colours and interesting architecture. Then some of us went to visit Tibidabo lookout, but I was there last year so I didn't go. The next day we walked in typical spanish village called Poeble Espanyol. It was super nice to see how Spain looks in different parts of the country.

Overall I really loved vising Barcelona again and I liked working in Tudanzas. This community is perfect and I love what they're doing for the people around them. Thank you so much for this experience.
