Sustained Investigation #14

For my 14th sustained investigation I decided to draw myself over a picture I took while I was listening to music, which is now a core memory.

I used photshop to draw over an image. I used an image that I had been listening to music at the same time to connect to my synthesis and also relate to the music notes in the air of the project.

This project changed a lot from how I thought it was going to come out so I had to create a couple different sketches until I came up with one that was a lot more achievable. After finishing the body which I am extremely happy with I decided to a add music in the background to make sure the viewer understood that I was listening to music. To make the music subtle so I still stood out, I made the music the hues and shades of the colors around the area the music flowed through. In the end I am very happy with the piece even though it took me a few to many weeks to complete.
