Graphite Pencil, Water Color, Ink Pens, Colored Pencils, and Acrylic Paint on Drawing Paper.

The main idea of my art is to show the things that could be created from simple lines. The main idea of the final product is a side of a submarine with jellyfish with an emphasis on the jellyfish and submarine windows.

I used graphite pencils, drawing paper, watercolor, ink pens, colored pencils, and acrylic paint.

I chose the second zoomed view of the shoe because I instantly saw a submarine and wanted that idea to come to life. In the beginning, I wanted to use things like brush strokes and colored pencils to represent detail in the wood and rust. I used watercolor splotches to make the magical jellyfish colors and splotches. After reading criticism, I knew I wanted to define and add more pop to my art. At first, I defined the black lines, as suggested. The n for the colors I wanted to make the Jellyfish pop because they became my main interest when creating the art and I wanted people to see the Jellyfish first and focus on that detail, along with the submarine window which was a part of the lines in the original shoe drawing. After adding colors to the selected area I cleaned up the lines and some more watercolor to add the splotchy colors that gave the windows and jellyfish an almost eerie yet magical look, or at least to my eye.
