Relief

I goal of this project was to create a relief scultpure. My idea came from the mountains and I decided to do a morning sunrise .

The cardboard was used to create the layers but I used the construction paper as cut up material to create a colorful scene, this was all glued together with stick glue.

There wasn't many challenged during this project although I think if I went back I would have used a thinner material so I could make more layers and especially more detail. Although I am happy with the outcome cardboard was not great to work with especially when I was trying to cut out the ridge of the mountains. Im still debating if I would go back and  use paint instead of contruction paper, but I really am happy with the final look of the contruction paper and hold the shades belend together creating a texture.
