The idea that guided this artwork was linework that was created blindly. The requirements for this art project were to create multiple blind contour drawings and combine them into a piece of art. 

To create the blind contour drawings I used gel pen, but to create the final art I added watercolors.

Before creating my final design I knew I wanted to incourperate  multiple contour deisgns to add dimension.  I started by creating a watercolor blend of red yellow and orange but the paper was too big and the contour drawings didn't blend into the background, so I restarted with a smaller paper and creating and sunset and incourperating the heads into the sky and painting them the same color as the sky.
