How to install Wordpress on a new Domain
When setting up a wordpress site, it needs to be able to change the URL when someone moves a page (eg a page becomes a subpage – it needs to still be linkable if a link is to that page from another page).

How to Make your Wordpress Site Unsearchable
Ensure that the plug in Yoast SEO has been installed
When editing the page scroll down to the section that has Yoast SEO
Select the Advanced tab
Meta Robots Index: Select noindex
Meta Robots Follow - Select no follow
Meta Robots Advanced: Select None
