How to Track Numbers Weekly and Monthly
1. Access the spreadsheet in Dropbox and download it to your computer for updating.

Action Step: Add this task to your calendar for every Friday, repeating, through the end of the year.|
2. Fill in each column of the spreadsheet on both tabs corresponding to today’s date.

Tab 1: Followers and Subscribers (Weekly)
Column B: Facebook Fans
Log into Facebook using your own account and record the total likes on this page:

Column C: Twitter Fans
Record Twitter followers here: https://twitter.com/WWealthy
Column D: List Total Size
Log into Infusionsoft http://qs101.infusionsoft.com and copy the “total contacts” number from your dashboard. It should look like this:
Column E & F: New Subscribers per Opt-in
These will be determined later as we identify which opt-ins to track the growth of each week. For each opt-in you’ll create a contact search by tag and record the current number of leads.|
Column G: Ezine Sent?
Record the date if an ezine was emailed this week; ‘no’ if it was not.
Also fill in the newsletter Metrics spreadsheet with the detailed info.
Column H: Open Rate
If an ezine was sent this week, update the open rate in the spreadsheet. On your dashboard the report looks like this:
You may also view a specific broadcast in Marketing > Email Broadcasts > View Broadcast by searching for the correct email. The report looks like this:
Note: always update last week’s newsletter open rate as well.
Column I: Unsubscribes
Using the email broadcast report, write the number of unsubscribes from the ezine in column I.
Tab 2 : Website Metrics (Monthly)
Open Google.com/Analytics using the username: sandylforster@gmail.com and the password from LastPass.
In Tab 2 of the same spreadsheet you’ll add the monthly website metrics for both

First select the date range on the top right hand corner of the screen as follows:
Fill in the following columns for the appropriate month using the data as shown below
Column B – Page Views
Column C – Sessions (Visitors)
Column D – Users (Unique Visitors)
Column E – Bounce Rate
Column F – New Visitors
Column G – Returning Visitors
Tab 3 : Leads (monthly)
Within Infusionsoft, run a new contact search and change the Misc. Criteria of “Date Created” to the past month. For example:
The total number of contacts goes in “new leads total” for the corresponding month.
Next, export the list using the “Actions” drop down tab here:
When choosing the fields to export, first unselect all of the boxes. Then, only select the Lead Source and Lead Source Category options:
Export the file as CSV, then filter and sort your 2 columns. Some values might be blank, that’s okay.
Tally the total of each lead source and add the top 10 to Tab 3 along with the count.
Leadsource Income
Within Infusionsoft navigate to Marketing > Reports > Lead Source ROI.
Begin by selecting your date range for the month:
This will be a long report because it will show every lead source and the income, even if that income is zero.
Using the “Actions” tab, export the report to CSV. Include the following fields:
Once exported to CSV, filter the data and sort it by Revenue Descending. Most of your lead source fields will be zero. Copy the information for the top 10 and include it in Tab 3.

Note, the ISCA.com website will have 2 entries. Tally them together for one entry on the spreadsheet.
Tab 4 : Sales
Begin by running the Infusionsoft Report under E-Commerce > Reports > Sales Totals (By Product) and selecting your date range:
Using the report generated, tally the total sales per product and revenue per product on Tab 4. If there is a new product not yet on the spreadsheet, add it including the product number and full title as such:
