What: New LOAPS FB group requests and compile questions
When: Weekly
Why: Give a gift in return for their email. Sandy can use questions for the Podcast
FIRST PART: Send their guided viz
Check for newly added entry :
Go to Dropbox ➝ 2022 Virtual Assistant Team ➝ MARKETING ➝ FACEBOOK Requests.
Open LOAPS FACEBOOK GROUP.docx.
Get the customer’s email (if provided).
Log in to Infusionsoft (Keap).
Search or add the customer to our list (using their name and/or email).
Open their profile in Infusionsoft.
Scroll down to the Automations tab.
Click Add to Sequence.
Select campaign: WW Optin.
Select sequence: Affirmations for your Abundance and PDF – from LOA FB.
Click Save
This will send them the email with the link to the bonus: 'Affirmations for Abundance' audio and PDF
SECOND PART: Record their question for Sandy
Go to Dropbox ➝ 2022 Virtual Assistant Team ➝ MARKETING ➝ FACEBOOK Requests.
Open both documents:
LOAPS FACEBOOK GROUP.docx (same document as above).
Questions from LOA FB Group requests.docx (saved in ➝ 2022 Virtual Assistant Team ➝ MARKETING ➝ 00. WWW PODCAST ➝ Podcast Topic Ideas).
In LOAPS FACEBOOK GROUP.docx, copy the member’s answer to:
“If you could win one hour of free coaching from a money manifesting expert (me :-) what would you ask me?”
Paste their answer at the end of the list in this doc: Questions from LOA FB Group requests.docx.
Once guided viz is sent and their question is recorded, delete the member’s entry from LOAPS FACEBOOK GROUP.docx.
Continue until LOAPS FACEBOOK GROUP.docx is blank.
Save both updated documents.
