Step 1: Create Module Page
Create the next module page as soon as the previous module has been completed (so it can be worked on as the components become ready)
When the webinar/video for the module is ready, Sandy or another team member will let you know.
Below are the steps to update a module page and a quick video tutorial.
- Log into Customerhub
- Click to Pages
Click Create Page
Fill in the Detail for the main page as below. Use the ISCA - Individual Session Template
- Once the page has been created, go to the module page (month1, month2, month3, etc..)
- Go to subpages
- Open the module page that is being released
Step 2: Update Module Page Information
The page is to be set out as below:

1.Ensure notes are latest version access here: Dropbox>SForster>External Company Team Folder>ISCA>04.MODULE
2. If not already, turn into PDF - name Module Number. Topic eg 01.Lets-Begin-Your-Coaching-Journey
3. Upload to ISCA site: Log in >> Select Library at top navigation >>Select Member Files >> Upload File >> Click the newly uploaded file name >> Select the Permissions tab >> Click Certain Members radio button >> Start to type the name of the group you want to give permissions to >> Click Save >> Go back to General Info Tab and click the cancel button >> Click the little ticker box next to the file name >> Pull down menu "move to" and place the file in the appropriate module folder, ie, 01 - Month ISCA
4. Give the doc a tag or save in a folder (watch quick tutorial 2-mins)
ADDITIONAL AUDIO
- Right below training list any additional audios (Click here to learn how)
Use the previously saved templates but if not create new one.
When creating new audio for site:
1. Click Publish for Web and Email
2. Click Dragbar Players
3. Select player that has forward, pause and stop and a progress bar. Always include the MP3 link and choose the HTTPS option.
4. click next step and choose colours as below or choose Saved Preferences:
Note: The audio should be called the same in Audio Acrobat as what it is on the module page
Audios - To have Time Length and always have streaming and download MP3 Links
When you list the time length always round down to the nearest whole or half.....
Eg (42 Mins - 40mins or 19mins to 15mins or 10mins to 10mins )
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
Double check with Sandy as to what module was used.
Oct 14 group in customer hub> Oct14 Resources>Coaching Mastery> Find the Current Module Details.
Update all the resources with our current logo etc (Click here for templates)
- Add the additional resources to the appropriate text on the module page (Watch quick tutorial - 2 min)
CHECK LIST BEFORE NEXT STEP
1. Check the module page has the correct formatting
2. Check that all the media links work (HOW TO VIEW PAGE IN PREVIEW STAGE)
3. Ensure live Q & A call details have been updated (Learn how to set up teleseminar calls)
- Once ALL the details on the page are updated and DOUBLE CHECKED you can make the page live.

1. 1. Page is published (click arrow on green Save button and select Save and Publish)
2. 2. Page is hidden (under Navigation Visibility, select Hidden)

NEW Process for Creating ISCA Modules
1. Open Google Doc with Modules and Topics https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rWQzyzDGIpja3ASdlZvGZuIabWdbPOVcyVRO-YmR5PM/edit#gid=0
2. Sandy to select Module to work on
3. Find latest Trainers Notes and Inspired Notes
- latest should be in Dropbox>External>ISCA>208 Master Trainers Notes (if not there, they will be in 2017)
4. Open Trainers Notes and select what topics will be covered.
Change word doc to reflect: Module number-Topic number-Topic Name
eg. 01.02 What Coaching Is
5. Record each section individually - Name exactly as in Word Doc
Save WHERE
6. Decide which text will be used on slides - highlight text in green in NEW word doc
7. Send text, ISCA PP template and audio to Video editor to compile
7. Create handout
