07. ISCA Certificates Process

Step 1: Prepare Certificates

• Large ISCA Certificate (for ISCA cert) must be written in fine point marker – Name, date, Sandy to sign (located in bookshelf by the door pen is on same shelf)

• On back of certificate write ICF CCEU - CC …(hours)……. RD……(hours)……. and Sandy to Sign and date

Step 2: Print Letter

Open ISCA Cert Success Letter (dropbox>ISCA Certification (1)>ISCA Cert. Success Letter SAMPLE) Change date to month certificates are being sent and save in that groups Certification folder. Print in colour on white paper – - Sandy to sign and write name in coloured pen.

Step 3: Prepare envelopes

Count how many coaches are due for certification based on having provided us all the documentation

- Write ISCA return address on back Inspired Spirit P.O Box 362 Mooloolaba QLD 4557

- Coaches current address on front - check in Infusionsoft

Step 4: Post

• Envelopes addressed

• Certificates completed and Signed

• ICF Hours Completed on back of Certificate

  • Congratulations Letter signed

1st Sept 2016 - Stamps - $2.00 for Australia overseas $7.40

If overseas, dopn't require customs slip if paperwork only - and taken to PO for postage (price as above price and date) and this should be checked every 6 months or so to confirm any price changes.

Write date certificate is posted in spreadsheet for each person

Step 7: ISCA Testimonials and Successes

Check If Coach Is Certified

1. Go to Dropbox - ISCA Certification (this may change)

   1. Check which year/group coach is from, either from their email or check their tag in Infusionsoft

   2. Open the folder

   3. CodeWords and Log - colored APPROVED document - check this document (name may change)
