1. Client emails about their DMM bonus: Chakra Money Secrets (CMS)
2. VA checks if client is eligible
- Go to client's profile in Infusionsoft
- Scroll down to the 'Order' tab
- Check the date when they purchased DMM
- Check if on the date they purchased, CMS was offered as a bonus:
- Open spreadsheet: Sandy Funnels
Saved in Dropbox> 2022 Virtual Assistant Team > ADMIN > Google Documents
- Scroll or click: DMM 2022-2025
- Scroll down until you get to the list of bonuses
- Cross-refer the date client purchased DMM and if CMS was offered by checking the start and end dates
3. If client is not eligible, response to the client and let them know that they're not eligible.
(in your draft email, confirm with Sandy if we're offering CMS as a bonus or for purchase)
4. If client is eligible, release DMM:
- Go to client's profile in Infusionsoft
- On the top tabs, click on 'Tag'
- Scroll down to the section that says 'Apply a Tag' and then look for this category: DMM
- Click this from the drop down options: DMM Bonus - CMS
This will trigger the campaign to release CMS to the client by applying this access tag: Member - CMS
They will also receive an email letting them know that they now have access to the CMS members' area in their dashboard
