There are 3 parts to the ezine
1. Sandy writes the notes, blog article, affirmation and selects Success story and product/program to recommend
2. Create the blog post on wildlywealthy.com (instructions here) from the feature article
3. Complete and send the ezine
How to create One Page Newsletter
1. Sandy will send you a word document with the pertinent sections of the newsletter as well as any graphics. Here is a summary of the sections
a. Personal note from Sandy (usually includes a graphic) and always has a PS section
b. Feature Article
c. Affirmation
d. Sandy Recommends
Log into Infusionsoft at qs101.infusionsoft.com with your UN and PW.
Navigate to Marketing > Templates and find the most recent ezine template.

2. Go to Marketing > Emails and Broadcasts
3. Select “Email”
4. Select Templates
5. Search for "MASTER NEWSLETTER TEMPLATE"
6. Choose "Use This"
7. Review the document from Sandy for grammar, punctuation, spelling etc.
8. Take the content from the document and paste it into notepad. (ctrl A, then open notepad and do ctrl C.)
9. Copy each section of the notepad document and paste it into the new Infusionsoft ezine.
10. Add subject line.
11. If there is an image in any of the sections, you may have to edit the image adding white space to the right or bottom to achieve the spacing that looks best.
12. Most of the time the feature article will continue on the website. Create the blog post (instructions here) and link to the specific page using the "read more" link Sandy indicates.
13. Once you have all the sections input into the newsletter, please be sure to do a spell check, check for line breaks and for every line be sure to use the following style: <p style="font-family:Arial; font-size:10pt;">. Test all links and formatting.
14. All links must be full hyperlinks including the http:// and use the following style: <a href="http://www.wildlywealthy.com/URL" target="_blank" style="color: #EC008C;">
15. CHECK ALL LINKS in the email twice, and each time you make any changes.
16. Click “next”
17. Select “new search” and search for all contacts. Do not include tags for do not send.
18. Click “next”
19. Send yourself a test and double check every single link and the layout and the words. Make sure EVERYTHING is perfect before the next step.
20. Forward the test email from your account to Sandy at sandy@wildlywealthy.com with the words "TEST" in the subject line. Make any changes per her requests.
21. Once approved, review the options on this page and if you are sending right now. Then click at the bottom “send” If you are sending later, select the box to send later and select the day and time (it is displayed in eastern time zone).
NOTES
Any links to ANYTHING other than Sandy's websites, products or programs are NOT to be live. Eg. testimonials or success stories with website address is just address with NO live clickable links (we do not want readers taken to someone else's website or go anywhere other than Sandy's sites)
Check and double check all links are working AND going to the correct place
Check photos are placed correctly in their section and not moving into a

Check testimonial has pic on right with persons name and website address as below (and Country if possible). It should all fit in as much as possible and NOT have name, country and web address on separate lines
