VA emails SFS to get report of the stocks they have on hand

Hickori is the one to contact and if we don't get a response, then contact accounting. They're a bit slow sometimes.

Update the numbers of 'Available' in the spreadsheet corresponding to SFS's report
Update the total count below the list of items to reflect how many items are remaining on hand
