1. Create the tags for the new program CRM > Settings > Tags
as follows:
Category > Tag

2. Create the new product in Infusionsoft under E-Commerce > Products
ALWAYS make sure the name of the product includes what it is.
E.g. Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Special etc.
Add SKU number like this: ISCAJUN16SEB (SEB for Super Early Bird)
3. If the payment plans include a deposit and monthly payments create the order forms in Legacy Forms.
E-Commerce > E-Commerce Set up > Legacy > Legacy Order Forms.
Clone the most recent ISCA 14 pay order form.
Rename the Form Name
Update the product to the new ISCA program
Update the total price, payment plans and test the form
Update the Thank you page URL if it's changed
Update the Email subject line for order notifications
Make updates to the header and footer on the form including the new bonuses.
Grab the link to the order form and update the Sales Page
4. If the payment plan includes a single payment (such as PayPal) or equal monthly payments, set up the order forms in E-Commerce > E-Commerce Set up > Order Forms
4.1. Create payment plan for the product
Go to E-Commerce > E-Commerce Setup in the master nav.
Go to the Payments section and click on Payment Plans.
Click on the Add a Payment Plan button.
Enter the Payment Plan Information:
Name: It should be descriptive of the offer (e.g. 3 pay for ISCA Coaching August 2015).
Description: Make some notes about the pay plan details (i.e. purpose, limitations, etc.).
Enter the Finance Charge details. (This is the markup for selecting payment plan option) Note: The finance charge is displayed in the Infusionsoft shopping cart during the checkout process.
Type: Select the method of calculation from Percent or fixed dollar Amount.
Amount: Enter the numerical value for the percent or dollar amount. This amount is applied to the total and divided evenly between payments.
Enter the Scheduling details:
Number of Payments: Enter the total number of payments, including the first payment (e.g. 3 payments).
Days Between Payments: Enter the number of days between payments (e.g. 30 days will charge an installment about once a month).
Days Until Start: Leave this set to zero to charge the first installment upon checkout. If you enter a number, the system will not charge the first installment right away but will delay it by the specified number of days. You can use this to set up a "free trial" period or to charge in arrears, after services have already been rendered.
Set up the Options:
(Optional) Merchant Account: The system will use the default Merchant Account, but you can select a different one. For example if only PayPal is to be used.
(Optional) Override Cart Merchant Account: Set to Yes if you selected a different Merchant Account from the drop-down. Skip it if you didn't.
(Optional) Auto Charge Payment Plan: Set this to No if you want to manually charge each installment of the payment plan instead of auto-charging it based on the Pay Plan schedule.
Days between Recharge Attempts: This setting applies to autocharge failures. Enter the number of days you want Infusionsoft to wait before trying to charge the card again if an autocharge fails. This should be set to 7 days.
Max Retries: This setting also applies to autocharge failures. Enter the maximum number of times the system will try to charge a card before it gives up. Note: You can set up billing automation to alert you when this happens. This should be set at 3.
Click Save.
Scroll to the bottom and choose the criteria that must be met in order for the Payment Plan to be present. These criteria define one or more conditions that must be true for the payment plan to apply. If you set up more than one criteria, they must ALL be true to make the purchase eligible for the payment plan.
Enter the specific parameters for the criteria you chose.
Click Save to save the criteria.
Click Save to save the payment plan.
4.2. Create 2 order forms:
1. Pay in Full
2. Payment Plan
Create a new order form and add the current program as the product. Double check the price point.
Select the theme "ISCA"
Under HTML areas copy the HTML code for the product information and Custom Footer from the previous group order form.
Enter the appropriate Thank you page URL
Confirm the Merchant Account to use with Sandy
Add the email "info@wildlywealthy.com" to the notification field.
Copy the Custom URL and update the Sales Page with the correct link (pay in full only)
5. Create Campaign for the product purchase
Marketing > Campaign Builder
Find the most recent ISCA purchase campaign, for example PUR: ISCA Coach June and Oct 2016
Rename the campaign by adding the new group name.
Copy the sequence from the previous group and update:
1. Product
2. Tags:
CUSTOMER HUB
GROUP: Month Year Emails
ISCA Coach Month Year (need to agree)
3. Mark everything else as ready and publish the campaign
6. Update Coach questionnaire if needed
Be sure to check with Sandy if she wants any of the questions updated.
Starting with Feb 2015 Group Questionnaire will be in DilogR system.
To update the questionnaire login to DilogR > Survey > ISCA Coach Questionnaire
Click on Questions button under Create tab to update/add questions
Click on Recommendations button to add recommendations to any questions you added
Click on Lead Capture button under Customize tab to update Lead Capture
Click on Email Settings button to update the email
Click on Thank You Page button to update Thank You page
Click on Infusionsoft button under Integrate tab and make sure ISCA Coach T&C agreed tag is set up to be applied
7. Update ISCA Coach T&C Agreed campaign in IS
Go to Marketing > Campaign Builder > ISCA Coach T&C agreed
Create the new sequence and decision diamond rule for the next group (see previous group as an example) :
Add new sequence that applies Group tag and removes “need to agree” tag
In the decision diamond create new rule that takes people who have this group “email” tag to this new sequence
8. Update Questionnaire pages permissions in Customerhub
Update the page permissions in CH for the form: CustomerHub > Pages > Click the arrow next to Latest News page > click on Questionnaire page > Permissions tab > Under Which Additional Infusionsoft tags should have access to this page? Choose the tag ISCA Coach June 2014 (need to agree) tag > Save
Repeat for the other Questionnaire page under Latest News
Now update permissions for the parent page Latest News
Sandy will give you a list of which other pages need their permissions updated as well.
9. Update Member groups permissions in CustomerHub
Update the All Coaches Including Declines member group in CH:
CustomerHub > Admin > Member groups
Search for All coaches including declines group
Add following tags to the group:
1. GROUP: Month YEAR (for example, GROUP: Feb 2015)
2. GROUP: Month YEAR Emails (for example, GROUP: Feb 2015 Emails)
3. ISCA Coach Month YEAR (need to agree) (for example, ISCA Coach Feb 2015 (need to agree))
ASK Sandy what other “All Coaches” groups need to be updated.
Create new membership group:
CustomerHub > Admin > Member groups
Click “Create Member Group” button
Call it “ISCA Month Year” (e.g. ISCA August 2015)
Add Infusionsoft tag “GROUP: Month Year” (e.g. GROUP: Aug 2015)
Click Save.
10. Test the system
Test order forms using coupon code:
E-commerce > E-commerce Set up > Promotions > Discounts, Free Trials & Upsells > discount for test
Change the product under Product and under Criteria, change the amount to the same as the price of the product. Test the order forms using testspecial coupon code.
You can use test credit card: Visa 4111 1111 1111 1111 with any exp date and CVC code.
Check that you got all the following tags and welcome email:
GROUP: Aug 2015 Emails
ISCA Coach Aug 2015 (need to agree)
CUSTOMER HUB
ISCA Coach Paid in Full (only if paid in full)
Then login to CustomerHub using your email and the password in the welcome email. It should take you to the questionnaire page. Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, you will be redirected to the home page. You will need to logout and log back in and you will only see the MMMP page.
Check that you have tags applied after submitting questionnaire:

And check that you have tag removed after submitting questionnaire:

AFTER YOU ARE DONE TESTING, MAKE SURE TO DELETE YOUR TEST ORDER within your contact record.
11. Update the Failed Payment Rules in E-Commerce > Settings > Billing Automation
1. Select the Actions tab on the right side and update each one to include the new program
2. Update "47 - When an autocharge fails and the invoice contains on the 1st failure" actions:
Click on Actions button for the:
47 - When an autocharge fails and the invoice contains (65 products selected) on the 1st failure
2.1. Update a rule for:
Run the following actions when ALL of the criteria for the "Are On Payment Plan" rule are met

Select a checkbox for Only run this action when certain rules are met
Click Add button
Name the new rule: Tag GROUP: Month YEAR and click Create button
Click Create Criteria button
For Select Contact Field: choose Contact - general information > Tags
Choose a tag Coach -> GROUP: Month YEAR
Click Save Criteria button.
Click Save button.
Click Save & Close button again in a new window.
2.3. Create actions for:
Run the following actions when ANY of the criteria for the "Tag Deactivated GROUP: Month YEAR" rule are met
Remove 1 tag

Scroll down to the bottom of the window and click on Add New Action, choose Apply/Remove tag

Name the new rule: Tag Deactivated GROUP: Month YEAR and click Create button
Click Create Criteria button
For Select Contact Field: choose Contact - general information > Tags
Choose a tag CustomerHub-sandyforster -> Deactivated GROUP: Month YEAR
Click Save Criteria button.
Click Save button.
Click Save & Close button again in a new window.
REMEMBER TO CLICK SAVE TRIGGER BUTTON.
3. Update "45 - When an autocharge is successful and the invoice contains and the last auto charge attempt failed" actions:
3.1. Create an action to:
Apply 1 tag
GROUP: Month YEAR
Click on Actions button for the:
45 - When an autocharge is successful and the invoice contains (62 products selected) and the last auto charge attempt failed
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Add New Action, choose Apply/Remove tag
Choose Apply and select GROUP: Month YEAR tag
Select a checkbox for Only run this action when certain rules are met
Select a rule: Tag Deactivated GROUP: Month YEAR
Click Save button.
Click Save & Close button again in a new window.
3.2. Create an action to:
Remove 1 tag
Deactivated GROUP: Month Year
Click on Add New Action again, choose Apply/Remove tag
Choose Remove and select Deactivated GROUP: Month YEAR tag
Select a checkbox for Only run this action when certain rules are met
Select a rule: Tag GROUP: Month YEAR
Click Save button.
Click Save & Close button again in a new window.
Click Save Trigger button.
TEST THE ACTIONS by adding an order to your contact record and entering a valid card number, but just put in an incorrect expiration date.
That should recognize the card is valid, and should register it as a decline instead of an error.
You can also manually adjust the price of the product on your specific invoice - just reduce it down to like $1.00 - so if it does go through (which it shouldn't), you've only spent $1,00.
AFTER YOU ARE DONE TESTING, MAKE SURE TO DELETE YOUR TEST ORDER within your contact record.
12. Affiliate commissions
You must add the new ISCA program product to affiliate program. Check what commission Sandy wants
Go to CRM > Referral Partners > Commission programs > ISCA Affiliate program
In the field for Product Name type in the name of the new ISCA program and click Create Override
For Payout Type choose Credit on Customer Payment
Under Commissions put the needed amount for Level 1 for Sale AUD. Click Save
TO UPDATE ISCA PROGRAM PRICING:
1. Log into Infusionsoft
2. Go to E-Commerce > Products
3. Find the product for the current ISCA Program and click on it
4. Change the price and click Save button.
5. Go to E-Commerce > E-Commerce Set up > Checkout > Order Forms
6. Find any order forms for the current ISCA program, click on the name of the order form and adjust the price, click Save button.
7. Go to E-Commerce > Legacy > Legacy Order Forms
8. Find any order forms for the current ISCA program, click on the name of the order form and adjust the price, click Save button.
9. Go to inspiredspiritcoachingacademy.com and check the links to the order forms, so they all give the right price.
