There are three types of Bonuses.

1. Welcome/ Bonus Pack that gets sent out to the coaches that join the program

2. Bonus Programs or Modules

3. Website

You will find all the information about what is offered to the coaches on our website

1. As of Aug 15 group we are no longer doing a Welcome Pack Bonus. These Packs were sent out at the start of the program which included half of their "bonus material". Now we are just sending out the bonuses (once ordered by the coaches) closer to the end of the program. We are having a time period that they are allowed to purchase these and then they will be unavailable. This time will be closer to the end of the training course and coaches will only be able to purchase once they have paid in full. - You will need to check with Sandy as to when this time is and make sure that we have all the stock ready to go. (Posting Orders) You will have to check the spreadsheet to see whether there are any postage and handling costs that need to be billed to the coaches once purchasing their program.

2. These program consist of Millionaire Mindset Mentoring Program (MMMP), Coaching Blueprint etc... Most of these programs have been created but sometimes Sandy will get you to create a new CH page. These will normally get released at a certain module (refer to our Module Layout Graph to see when bonuses get released)

3. The Website bonus is where coaches pay $50 (processing and Admin fee) and get a free website created for them. To do this we use Go Media. This includes 2 Months Hosting

1. Create a product in IS called ISCA - ISCA Bonuses - March 2015 (change to appropriate group) for $0 price.

Add SKU like this ISCABMAR15 (change to reflect the appropriate group).

2. Create order form called ISCA - ISCA Bonuses - March 2015 with Thank You page that says:

Thanks – your Bonuses will be shipped shortly

3. Link it to CustomerHub Page called Bonuses ISCAMarch15 Ordering Page (or appropriate group ordering page) that is under Bonuses parent page.

Bonus Modules/ Programs

Scenario:

March 2015 coach is unable to access MMMP. They receive a message that they do not have access.

Step 1: Check and assign tags

• Check tags in Infusionsoft to ensure the Customer is on the correct program and is paid and up to date with payment plan

• Coach did not have March 2015 Coach tag.

• If up to date with payments, assign the Coach tag to coach.

Step 2:  Check Customer Hub back end

• Login to Customer Hub and preview site as March 2015 coach. (The tag for this is actually called “ISCA Feb 15 Coach”)

• Confirm MMMP is now accessible – it’s not.

Step 3: Check Customer Hub front end

• Check MMMP page in backend of Customer Hub. Did not have access permission set for ISCA Feb 15 Coach, so added this.

• Tested Customer Hub from the live side again.

• MMMP is accessible.

Step 4: Respond to Coach via Fusedesk

Advise coach this has been fixed and that they should now be able to access, but may need to clear their browser cache first.

Website Bonus

Currently (as at 19th September 2015) we offer a free website to all coaches available through Go Media

You may want to choose a domain name before you get started.  If you need some help around that, listen to the bonus call on the Website Training page (details below) - we have an audio 'Domain Names that Sizzle' to help you choose a name.  Then just go to www.godaddy.com to register your domain name (around USD$8.50 a year).

2. To get your website started immediately, simply complete the website request application click here. The creation of your website will not commence until you first complete this online application.

3. If you are not going to complete the application straight away, please still click on that link, and once you're directed to the website application, SAVE the exact website address (either save in your favorites or copy and paste the link somewhere so you can come back to it - we will also send you an email with this link in it, so PLEASE save that too). You will need this exact address so you can come back and complete the application when you have time (takes about 5 mins).  Your website will  not get started until you have completed the application.

4. Once you've completed the coaching website application request it is up to you to get the ball rolling. You can go to Sample Coaching Website.com for information about what you can do with your website and see samples of other coaches sites.

5. Please make sure you take time to read through every page of your sample site so you know exactly what is and isn't included in your site - again you can see the sample site here www.SampleCoachingWebsite.com 

This is EXACTLY what you site will look like when you get it.  It's up to YOU to make the changes to your site (and of course there is lots of info on your sample site of people who can give you support to do that).
