Why:  Help post content consistently, increase audience engagement, and increase the visibility and impact of Sandy's brand across various platforms.

VA Posting schedule: Schedule a full 2 months.
At the start of the next month you add 6 weeks worth.  And every month after that at the beginning of the month, add another 6 weeks worth.

Don't post them all at the same time on the different platforms. Post them 30 mins before or after, so not everything comes out at the same time

POSTING SCHEDULE ON SOCIAL MEDIA:

For the other platforms, reuse the exact same posts from Facebook in different weeks:

Facebook:

Week 1 Facebook

Week 2 Facebook

Instagram:

Week 1 Facebook = Week 2 Instagram

Week 2 Facebook = Week 3 Instagram

For Pinterest:

Week 1 Facebook = Week 3 Pinterest

Week 2 Facebook = Week 4 Pinterest

For TikTok:

Week 1 Facebook = Week 4 TikTok

Week 2 Facebook = Week 5 TikTok

How to schedule a post - VA/Sandy

Make sure that the circle at the top of the page with Sandy's social media accounts are highlighted/have the checkmarks to ensure that the graphics are all going to be uploaded to the highlighted social media platforms

On the Calendar view:

• After selecting the graphics that you'll need to schedule a post from selecting the graphic on the left

• Drag it to the right - the calendar

• Step 1

  • Click blue "Customize 4 Posts" button (4 means Sandy's linked 4 social media platforms)

• Step 2

  • This is where you can edit the captions for individual platforms

    • For a paid account, Later allows the user to move the hashtags as a first comment instead of being part of the caption; also allows for user-tagging (used mainly for podcast graphics where Sandy's a guest)

    • Links can be tracked for Pinterest so turn on the 'Track link' button for this platform (see Links on Pinterest below where to link the graphics on Pinterest)

  • Click blue "Save 4 Posts" button (4 means Sandy's linked 4 social media platforms)

Schedules:

• Viz graphics are scheduled daily at alternate times, Brisbane time zone

• Uploads to Twitter will only be about WWW Podcast

Reminder: The graphics shouldn't be scheduled until Sandy has edited them and added the 'Schedule' label

How to add a pre-made caption to graphics - VA/Sandy

• Sandy will choose which graphics to add a caption to

• In the Calendar view (or in the 'Media Library'), click the graphic on the left

• Click 'Edit' on the 'Notes' below the image

• Add a caption to the graphics before it's scheduled on the calendar

  • If it's a Visualization: Add a caption that is aligned with the graphic, add hashtags (below)

  • If it's a Visualization with video: Add a caption that is aligned with the graphic, add hashtags (below)

  • If it's a Podcast interview with Sandy as a guest: Add a caption regarding the show with the podcast host's name and show name and the link to Sandy's episode, add hashtags (below)

  • If it's a graphic for Sandy's podcast: Add a caption with a summary of the episode (take from the Description of the episode published here), add hashtags

• Label the graphics (Labels names below)

  • If it's a Visualization: Add 'Affirmation', 'Sandy to Edit'  labels

  • If it's a Visualization with video: Add 'Aff Vid', 'Sandy to Edit'  labels

  • If it's a Podcast interview with Sandy as a guest: Add the 'Podcast Guest', 'Sandy to Edit'  labels

  • If it's a graphic for Sandy's podcast: Add 'WWW Podcast', 'Sandy to Edit'  labels

• Click 'Update'

• Sandy updates the caption of the graphics and will add the 'Schedule' label to be ready for scheduling

Labels:

• • Sandy to Edit - indicates that captions were added to the graphics already (for viz graphics); this is where Sandy will choose which graphic to edit and add a 'yes' label  after

  • Podcast Guest - indicates that the graphics inside this label are podcast interviews

  • Schedule - indicates that Sandy has already edited the captions of the graphics and the graphic's ready to be scheduled

  • Affirmation - this will be for ALL the coloured graphics we use even if it's a quote and not an affirmation

  • Aff Vid - this will be for ALL the affirmation with video

  • Book - graphics of the books that Sandy is reading/will recommend

  • WWW Podcast - for Sandy's podcast episodes

  • Photo - graphics of photos like selfies

  • Flashback - old photos

* If Sandy needs a book post one day and a photo (not necessarily a selfie, but could be) another day and a flashback another day, Sandy will specifically say which ones to choose from

Hashtags:

In the case of Twitter and Pinterest, they have character limits. The caption (including the hashtags) will have to be updated to fit the platforms' character limit.

After VA's edited the graphics, Sandy checks label:  Sandy to edit

Once Sandy's edited the caption, Sandy to remove 'Sandy to Edit' label and add: Schedule

How to delete a pre-scheduled post - VA/Sandy

• Click the graphic on the calendar on the right (already scheduled, not yet published)

• Click 'Delete Post'

• Click 'Delete'

How to edit captions for one platform only after it's been scheduled (not yet published)- VA/Sandy

After a post has been scheduled on the calendar, the post can be edited but it will be possible to do as an update for each social media platforms separately. This means that the changes you made on one social media platform will not appear on the others. The other scheduled posts need to updated individually.
