EPIC - update list of sales pages, video pages, thanks page, Q & A, also draft ARs sent. Must include details so Sandy can edit Orderforms Links to details for current program
Once product, launch dates, pricing, bonuses have been determined
Sandy - work on sales page - edit text, starting dates, bonus info, thanks page, tweak any AR
EPIC - create product in IFS and tags for IFS and CH. Add tags to billing automation. Then create new order forms (ALWAYS make sure the name of the product includes what it is EG. Super Early Bird Aug 2015, Early Bird Aug 2015, Special Aug 2015 etc.)
Sandy - edit order forms if needed
EPIC - link order forms to sales page and double check all working
IMPORTANT: each link has to be tested by two different people to ensure it is all linked up correctly
Sandy - prepare CH pages
EPIC - ensure CH is set up for them to answer the questionaire before access to other pages
EPIC - Add CH Group Name, Product, Tags, and Pages to sitemap spreadsheet located in the Dropbox > Operations Manual 2015 > Websites > Sitemap on the CustomerHub tab
Sandy - write emails to start promoting
EPIC - change all placeholders to go to ISCA home/sales page

- What product
- Price of product - what pricing incentives for purchasing early eg: super early bird, early bird, special pricing
- work out pricing in Aust dollars and US dollars (can we get a link on site that coverts other currencies?)
- Bonuses offered - deadline for super early bird bonuses (link to page with current bonuses listed)
- Is there an up-sell - if so what price
- What will affiliates be paid per sale and when will they be paid. If changes are needed VA will update the Affiliate Program in Infusionsoft for the new ISCA program (see Infusionsoft Setup)
