Run a report on the number of people who joined through MMG every EOM.
Update this spreadsheet monthly.
STEPS:
Login to Infusionsoft
Open the menu (3 horizontal lives on the top-left beside Keap's logo)
Click 'Report' under the 'Marketing' section
Click 'Web Form Activity Summary Report'
CTRL+F 'MMG form 2018' or scroll down until you see it
Filter 'Submission Date' to the month you need a report of (e.g., May 1st to 31st)
Click the blue 'Search' button
Open the spreadsheet linked above (also in DropBox: MARKETING > MMG_Join Count)
Insert a row above the previous month's (e.g., May 2021 is above April 2021)
Fill in the columns with the needed info
Save the file
Mark current task as complete then delete the task you have just worked on so only the next recurring task is showing up
