1. Do we need to login to our account at least every week (free or paid plan, please, if different)? How often do we need to login? I read that there's an inactivity period of 6 months and the account is deleted - is that correct?
2. Would we get an email notification of a possible account deletion due to inactivity?
Systeme.io automatically deletes accounts that are inactive for an extended period. Kindly note that email notifications are sent to users before their accounts are deleted by the system, alerting them to the impending action. These notifications serve as a reminder to log in and prevent the deletion of their accounts and associated content before the date of deletion mentioned in the email.
We advise that you log in regularly (once a month) to prevent it from being listed for automatic deletion.
3. What happens if we lose our account (and the funnel sites), can we get it back if we log in? Once deleted, is there a way to get our account and our site back?
You won't be able to log in since the account is deleted, but you can create a new one using the same email address. And it's not possible to restore the deleted content.
4. Also if we upgrade to the next plan level (also, how much is that?) does our site stay live even if we don't log in?
Kindly note that we offer three different subscription plans, and you can choose any of them depending on the amount of resources you need.
However, please be aware that having an active subscription does not prevent your account from being deleted due to prolonged inactivity.
