Configuring your email client and mobile devices
In most cases your email client will attempt to automatically configure your email account using Microsoft’s Autodiscover service. If your email client requires manual configuration please visit our help site for setup guides.
Instructions are also available in the Hosting Control Panel by clicking on Mailboxes → Your mailbox → view setup info.
Outlook Web Access
You can sign-in to your Hosted Exchange mailboxes from anywhere using Outlook Web Access (OWA).
Simply browse to https://exchange.iinet.net.au/owa/
and sign-in with your full email address and password.

Domain Delegation
If your domain name is registered with another provider and you would like to host the DNS with iiNet Hosting you will need to delegate your domain name to the following name servers;
Primary DNS: ns1.iinethosting.net.au
Secondary DNS: ns2.iinethosting.net.au
Important: Prior to changing the name servers, please ensure you have created your mailboxes first. If you wish to manage your DNS services elsewhere please use the DNS records listed below.
