Update: 19th February 2026
(And promotion includes “instant access”)
If the program has already started and we are promoting the intake with immediate access to modules, then:
New students receive instant access to all modules that have already been released at the time they enroll.
From that point forward, they join the regular release schedule.
They receive new modules weekly, alongside the rest of the cohort.
There is no delay.
There is no holding content back.
If we promise instant access, we honor it fully.
Instant access is part of the offer and must be executed without exception.
If the intake is not promoted with immediate access messaging, then:
Students follow the standard weekly release structure.
No previously released modules are unlocked early.
Content is delivered week by week as originally scheduled.
In this case, there is no retroactive access.
If instant access is included in the promotion, it must be implemented operationally.
There should be zero confusion internally about which structure applies before enrollment opens.
The team confirms the access structure before launch goes live.
Before each intake opens:
Confirm whether “instant access” is part of the promotional messaging.
Align VA on access permissions.
Verify automation settings for module unlock.
Ensure VA understands the structure in case of student questions.
Every ISCA intake we have promoted has included immediate access to released modules. That is part of the offer.
If we say instant access, we deliver instant access.
If we don’t: we release weekly.
Clear messaging. Clean execution. No inconsistencies
