Question
If we wanted to change the start date of the ISCA AFTER people have joined (either forward, or back), is that hard to change for people who have already joined – or would they have access on the dates that were listed when they joined? If we did want to change them, what would we have to do? Would we removed them from the campaign they are in and then start them in the new one? I’m not sure how it works.
Answer
Changing the date for people who have already joined the ISCA program will depend on where they are at in the campaign. If their original start date has already been, then it would mean you’d have to manually update the start and end date custom fields in their contact record, as well as undo any tags that had been applied since that original start date. If the original start date hasn’t yet arrived, then it would just be a matter of manually updating the start and end date custom fields in their contact record.
