Customer Cant log into Hub
1. Log into Infusionsoft
2. Search for Coaches Name - and Click on her contact
Double check email address and/or phone so its correct contact
3. Click Tags and see if they have a tag that is relevant for this course eg.
Group: (group Name) - This gives them access to their members area
BEFORE GIVING THEM THE TAG
Check their payments are up to date - Make sure that you go down to Orders and double check there...
