Create a series of SM announcements for Facebook and Twitter accounts about the ISCA launch

Create the content for social media 4 weeks out when announcing to affiliates
create a short URL through ow.ly or bit.ly to track clicks.
if requested, create a new short link for EVERY message sent and track which gets the most attention and links.
Pre-schedule most of the tweets and FB posts using Hootsuite or Facebook scheduling on Fan Pages
