Who: Past ISCA Coaches who have been certified in the past (pre-members.wildlywealthy.com)
What: They wanted to access their ISCA contents
1. Past ISCA Coach sends us an email
They would mention being an ISCA coach in the past and needing their ISCA access
3. Search on DropBox to confirm that they have been certified before. Only people who are certified can pay for the $297 upgrade for access to the ISCA Training and the lifetime mastermind calls. Possible DB folder to confirm that they have been certified previously: Dropbox > ISCA Certification
If you've confirmed they have been certified before, proceed to #2
If you've confirmed they joined before but have not been certified yet, proceed to #8
2. Once you've confirmed that they have previously been certified, send the email below as a response:
Hi NAME,
Thanks for your email about the ISCA Members area.
I can see here that you were certified back in [YYYY]. As you know, we’ve moved platforms since then and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Before we moved, we advised everyone to download all the material if they wanted to save and have lifetime access.

3. If there are other concerns in the initial email, make sure to also address that.
4. Check back on the next business day if they have paid for the upgrade.
5. After you've confirmed they have paid for the upgrade check on the active campaigns they are put in. As it happens automatically in the ISCA campaign, they are put through the sequence that releases access tags weekly. As this is an upgrade only, they will go through the sequence that releases ALL access tags at the same time, however, they still go through the sequences that release the weekly tags so make sure you remove them from the Active Sequences:
In their Keap profile, scroll down to the 'Campaigns' tab
Under the 'Active Sequences' section, click the 'Remove' button on the ISCA weekly sequences (it will say 'Week 1' etc.) because they don't have to 'wait' on the sequences as they already have those weekly tags applied to them
6. As they have already been certified before, remove them from this campaign as well: ISCA Certification After 10 Months
7. Make sure to respond to their latest email before confirming their upgrade and to answer any other concerns they may have.
8. People who are not certified can pay to repeat the program and become certified to gain access to the ISCA training and lifetime of mastermind calls

Access for Paid-in-Full of Past Certified Students (updated 2.September.2025)
To streamline access for students who have already completed certification (whether recent or past), are paid in full, and, if applicable, have purchased the upgrade. This ensures they don’t need to work through each module sequentially to reach the content they want.
Process:
Confirm Eligibility
Must be certified (either old graduates or newly certified).
Must be paid in full.
If an upgrade was paid, verify that payment has been received.
Update Access
Adjust the student’s account so that all training modules are fully unlocked.
Go to https://members.wildlywealthy.com/wp-admin and log in as Admin.
From the left-hand side menu, click Users.
In the search bar, enter the student’s email address and click Search Users.
When results appear, click on the student’s email address under the Username column.
Scroll down until you find Module Progress Details.
Locate 'Training Modules' for ISCA, it's the one that shows “99 steps” and click on (details) to the right.
Tick the checkbox beside Module All Complete to mark all training modules as complete.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update User button (in blue) to save changes.
Ensure they can jump directly to any section without being forced to progress through each module in order.
Communicate with Student
Send a confirmation email letting them know their modules are now fully open and they can access any part of the training at their convenience.
