Creating a new Customer Hub Page for Certifications
1. Log into CustomerHub
2. On the main navigation tool bar click Pages tab
3. Scroll down to page called Certification
4. Click on the arrow on the left of the page name
5. Click on the name of the page for the previous certification, for example Feb14 Cert
6. Click Save and Copy button
7. Name new page, for example Aug14 Cert
8. Change the name of the group anywhere in the content
9. Remove the links to word doc modules, to online cert module 1 and replace partials with new ones (see InsertingOnlineCertLinkstoCH file for insgtructions). Click Save button
10. Under General Info change the link for the page to something like https://sandyforster.customerhub.net/aug14-cert
11. Change the type of the page to Subpage of Certification. Click Save button
12. Under Permissions tab change the permissions to the next group. Click Save button
13. Let Sandy know that the page is ready in Draft Mode, so she can make changes to the text (dates, etc.)
Done.
How to Edit Certifications
Log into DilogR
Click on Survey
Click on the name of the Module of the certification you need to edit, for example ISCA Certification Module 1 February 2014
On the right tool bar under Create section click on Questions
Make any changes if needed by clicking on the name of the question, editing and clicking Save
Add a question by clicking Add new question at the bottom of questions list
Close the window by clicking X on the top right
On the right tool bar under Create section click on Headline/Subhead
Make any changes if needed and save
On the right tool bar under Create section click on Preview and make sure everything looks good
On the right tool bar under Create section click on Recommendation
Click on Individual Answers on the top
Under EACH question click on Edit Recommendation button to make any changes
Click Save
On the right tool bar under Customize section click on Lead Capture and make any changes if needed
On the right tool bar under Customize section click on Email Settings and make any changes if needed
Click Save
On the right tool bar under Customize section click on Thank You Page and make any changes if needed
On the right tool bar under Integrate section click on Infusionsoft and make sure Enable Assessment Tagging is checked and the appropriate tag is chosen, make any changes if needed
On the right tool bar under Distribute section click on URL Settings
Copy the link, for example http://dilogr.com/app1/s/isca-certification-module1-feb14
Open the link in a new window and test it.
Go back to DilogR window
On the right tool bar under Reports section click on Visitors and make sure you can see your name
Next to your name click on the right click on the icon with two people, make sure you can see your information and answers.
If you made any changes to the email, log into your email and make sure you received an email from ISCA with PDF report of your answers. Make sure all the information on the email is correct and everything looks right.
If you made any changes to Infusionsoft integration, log into Infusionsoft and find your contact record in the search box on the top right
Click on the name of your contact record and click on Tags tab
Make sure you received all correct tags
Done.
Creating ISCA Certification Word Docts
Log into Dropbox
Go to ISCA Certification (1) folder
Open ISCA Certification folder
Go to the folder of the previous certification group, for example 05. Feb 14 Cert
Copy the existing 6 word docs for Modules 1-6, for example:
Mod 1 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Mod 2 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Mod 3 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Mod 4 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Mod 5 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Mod 6 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc
Rename the modules to the name of current certification group, for example from Mod 1 - ISCA Feb 14 Cert.doc to Mod 1 - ISCA Aug 14 Cert.doc
Check with Sandy if there are any changes to the modules. If there are any, make changes inside word docs
Upload word docs you have created into current certification group folder in Dropbox, for example 06. Aug 14 Cert
How to Add Online Certs to Customer Hub
Log into DiloqR
Click on Survey
Click on the name of the Module 1 of current certification group, for example ISCA Certification Module 1 February 2014
On the right tool bar under Distribute section click on Url Settings
Copy the link for the module, for example http://dilogr.com/app1/s/isca-certification-module1-feb14
Repeat the same for the rest 5 modules, you should have 6 links saved
Log into CustomerHub
On the main navigation tool bar click Pages tab
Scroll down to page called Certification
Click on the arrow on the left of the page name
Click on the name of the page for the certification group you need to upload links for, for example Feb14 Cert
In the text edit window scroll down to Online Certification and copy the names of Modules 2-6, for example name of Module 2 is The Secret Behind The Secret
Now you need to create 5 partials for Modules 2-6 links (Coaches only get access to the next module link after they complete previous module)
**Since the partials are already created, you can just copy the partials from the previous group and insert correct links**
On the main navigation tool bar under Library tab click on Partials
Click Create Partial and name it, for example Certification Module 2 Feb 2014 Group
In the text edit window insert the name of the module, for example The Secret Behind The Secret
Highlight the text you just inserted and click on Insert/Edit Link icon in the tool bar
Insert the url for Module 1 online certification, for example http://dilogr.com/app1/s/isca-certification-module2-feb14
Choose New Window as a Target
Click OK
Click Save
Click on Permissions tab on the top right
Under Who has access to this partial? Choose Certain Members (Permissions)
Under Which groups should have access to this partial? Start typing the name of the group, for example:
for module 2 the group is ISCA Coach Cert Module 2
for module 3 the group is ISCA Coach Cert Module 3
for module 4 the group is ISCA Coach Cert Module 4
for module 5 the group is ISCA Coach Cert Module 5
for module 6 the group is ISCA Coach Cert Module 6
Under Teaser make sure to check Check this if you would like to show a 'Teaser' for those who don't have permission to view this partial
In the text edit window under Teaser Content type:
For module 2 - This link will be available after you complete Module 1
For module 3 - This link will be available after you complete Module 2
For module 4 - This link will be available after you complete Module 3
For module 5 - This link will be available after you complete Module 4
For module 6 - This link will be available after you complete Module 5
Scroll down and click Save
Now you need to create a page for Module 6 link (coaches only get access to it after they pay in full for their program)
First, you need to create a Member Group for coaches who paid in full:
On the main navigation tool bar under Admin tab click on Member Groups
Click Create member group button
Type the Group Name, for example ISCA Coach Feb 14 PIF
Under Access Criteria choose Use existing tags or subscriptions
Click on Create New Infusionsoft Tag
Name your tag, for example GROUP: Feb2014PAYF
Select Certification under Category
Click Create tag button
Choose color for your member group (optional) and click Save button
Now you are ready to create a page for Module 6:
On the main navigation tool bar click Pages tab
Scroll down to page called Certification
Click on the arrow on the left of the page name
Click on the name of the page for the previous certification group Module 6, for example Oct13 Cert Module 6
Scroll down and click on the arrow next to Save button
Click on Save & Copy
Enter a name for your new page, for example Feb14 Cert Module 6
Click Create
In the Main Content text edit window replace the link for the name of the module Divine Manifesting with your current Module 6 link from DilogR, for example http://dilogr.com/app1/s/isca-certification-module6-aug14 by clicking Insert/Edit link button on the tool bar
Scroll down and click Save button
Click on General Info tab on the top right
Edit Permalink to feb14-cert-module-6 (or appropriate group)
Under Type choose Subpage of Certification
Click Save button
Click on General info tab again and copy the new permalink, for example https://sandyforster.customerhub.net/feb14-cert-module-6
Click on Permissions tab on the top right
Remove the current tag and type the tag Catageory: Coach Tag name: ISCA Coach Paid in Full
Click Save
Now you are ready to insert all the links on the certification page:
On the main navigation tool bar click Pages tab
Scroll down to page called Certification
Click on the arrow on the left of the page name
Click on the name of the page for the certification group you need to upload links for, for example Feb14 Cert
In the text edit window scroll down to Online Certification and then to Module 1 – Masterful Skills for Coaching Success
Highlight Masterful Skills for Coaching Success and click on Insert/Edit Link icon in the tool bar
Insert the url for Module 1 online certification from DilogR, for example http://dilogr.com/app1/s/isca-certification-module1-feb14
Choose New Window as a Target
Click OK
Click next to Module 2 and then click on Partials in the menu on the right
Choose the partial for this module, for example Certification Module 2 Feb 14 Group
Click next to Module 3 and repeat inserting partial for modules 3-6
Scroll down and click Save button
Click Preview button.
Test all the links.
Change permissions on the top left to ISCA Coach Cert Module 2 and test the link.
Repeat changing permissions for Modules 3-6 and testing links.
Once you get to the page of Module 6, change permissions to ISCA Coach Paid In Full and test the link.
Done.
Coach Can't access Certification
Log into Infusionsoft
In the search box on the top right type the name of the coach
Click on the contact record that comes up
Copy coach’s email and password (under Additional Info tab)
Log into CustomerHub as a coach
On the main menu on the left find Certification page and click on ISCA Certification
Investigate the issue. If needed contact Infusionsoft support
Also check if coach has paid in full, if not, they need to pay remainder of tution before they have access to last module. If they have paid in full, make sure they have the tag Catageory: Coach Tag name: ISCA Coach Paid in Full. If not give them the tag and make sure they have access to the last module
How to Change Coaches Email Information
If a coach submitted certification with wrong email address, there is no way to change that in DilogR.
To get their responses, contact Ana.
Their record must be updated in Infusionsoft:
1. Find their Infusionsoft contact record with wrong email address and record with correct email address by searching their first and last name.
2. Merge duplicate records.
