[WEEKLY] Save Quiz Responses

What: Save DMM members' responses to each module's quiz

Why: Sandy wants to see what people are saying (about the program, for example)

Pre-steps:

a. Go to the DMM Quiz folder in Dropbox: Dropbox > 2022 Virtual Assistant Team > PRODUCTS > DMM 2022 > Quiz > Quiz responses

b. Open the correct module’s quiz response spreadsheet. Keep it open and ready for data entry

Steps:

1. Login to the members' area: https://members.wildlywealthy.com/wp-admin

2. From the dashboard, go to Memberium Quiz:

4. Click the member’s email to get member's information

• Copy the Name and paste it into the Name column of the spreadsheet (at the end of the list).

• Copy the Email and paste it into the Email column beside their name.

5. Get their answers to the quiz questions (Video here):

• On the module’s quiz page, click the member’s Username.

• For each question:

a. Click 'view' under the question.
b. Then click 'view' beside Graded (then a new tab will open).
c. Copy the member’s answer.
d. Return to the module's quiz entry spreadsheet.
e. Paste the answer into the correct column for that question for that member.

• Repeat until all questions/answers are copied into the spreadsheet.

6. Save the document after completing all entries

7. Repeat Steps 3–5 for each module’s spreadsheet until all modules' quiz spreadsheets are updated.
