If someone has paid for ISCA but can't access
1. Go to their Infusionsoft profile
2. On the 'Orders' tab, double check they have successfully paid for ISCA
3. On the 'Tags' tab, check that they have these tags: Member - ISCA Program + ISCA Questionnaire Submitted + ISCA Week 0
a. click CTRL+F / CMD+F on your keyboard
b. type each of these tags separately: Member - ISCA Program, ISCA Questionnaire Submitted, ISCA Week 0
c. if the customer has this tag: it means they have access to the members' area: Member - ISCA Program
d. if the customer has this tag: it means they answered the JotForm: ISCA Questionnaire Submitted
e. if they don't have this tag then they will not see anything in the members' area: ISCA Week 0
4. If they don't have the 'Member - ISCA Program' tag, and you've confirmed their successful ISCA purchase, here's what to do:
a. on the 'Tags' tab in the members' Infusionsoft profile, scroll down to 'Apply a Tag' and the category: ISCA NEW
b. select this tag from the drop-down: Member - ISCA Program
c. click the button: Apply this Tag
5. If they don't have the 'ISCA Questionnaire Submitted' tag but have the 'Member - ISCA Program' tag and you've confirmed their successful ISCA purchase, it means they haven't answered the JotForm; here's what to do:
a. scroll down to 'Campaigns' tab
b. on the 'Campaigns' tab, look for this:
Confirmation / Deliver Questionnaire
Subject: Congratulations - Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy
c. click the 'Resend' button on the left to resend the email with the JotForm link for them to answer
6. If they have the 'Member - ISCA Program' and 'ISCA Questionnaire Submitted' tags and you've confirmed their successful ISCA purchase, but they still don't have 'ISCA Week 0' tag, here's what to do:
a. scroll down to 'Campaigns' tab
b. click the 'Add to Sequence' button
c. select this from the 'Select a campaign' drop-down options: ISCA Program
d. select this from the 'Select a sequence' drop-down options: Setup Login & Unlock Week 0
This will prompt the system to send their email to WP and generate a password then will send them an email with their login details
7. If they paid in full and want full access, follow the steps here: ISCA Full Access Request
8. If past ISCA student wants access to their materials but they're not certified, follow the steps here: Not certified wants access
9. If past ISCA Coaches who have been certified but had access to old members' areas and want access to their materials, follow the steps here: ISCA Upgrade
