Don't launch in school holidays for both Australia and US
Don't launch special times of year - Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving
Don't clash with other big launches for coaches/biz training taking place

*Double check email copy that goes out such as "14-pay program"
Tips:
1. 7 days before, 3, days out, 1 day, few hours left before pricing changes, plan to send a broadcast with "last change to get $500 off" or wrap into sales sequence.
Customer Support
1. Team should receive FAQs and training for FuseDesk before a major launch and be well versed in answering questions on email.
2. 4 weeks before launch talk to Sandy about enabling pop up chat box on the launch when the cart opens - these emails can be sent to FuseDesk if no one is manning the desk live.
3. If it fits into the schedule - find an hour for a live chat via Twitter or Facebook with Sandy "I'm here for the next hour to answer your questions! Tweet me..."
