This is an important aspect of WW - as our professionalism is shown by the care that we take of our products.

Everything that is sent from any of our fulfillment houses needs to be protected with bubble wrap and the parcel written and address correctly. Please ensure that when you are completing any of our orders that you take care in the presentation of the parcels.

Customers Details and Parcel Writing:

• 1. Make sure your hand writing is neat

  2. Below is an example of how to fill out a standard letter

  3. On the back of the letter/parcels stamp the WW Stamp for the return address - picture below

Single HTBWWF Book:

• 1. Ensure that the book is tidy and in good condition

  2. These are to be sent in the B2 Tough Bags - Like Picture Below\

Note: These books do not need to be bubble wrapped

Secret DVD and CD Pack:

• 1. Make sure that they both container the disks

  2. Dvds are to contain the yellow thank you note from Sandy

  3. CD's are to be wrapped in the plastic

  4. Use Bubble wrap to tightly wrap both products together

Ensure when wrapping the parcel that the CD is on the top and the joins are on the back - Like Below

5x HTBWWF Books:

• 1. Ensure that all the books are tidy and in good condition

  2. Make sure that the 5 books are wrapped tightly in bubble wrap

  3. The books front artwork is to be facing upwards on the wrapped package - Like Below
