Summary:
Get next live call details (next date, time, call link) from IT
Convert the date and time of the next live call (NY/EST, AU, NZ)
Update next live call page in the members' area with the next call's link, date, and time
Update the order form's countdown timer to the next call's date (NY/EST)
Download most recent live call's audio/video from IT
Upload the audio/video to S3 (make it public)
Get the link to the audio/video
Update the replays page by adding the link of the call (make sure the date is accurate with the last call's)
Transcribe the audio
Copy the questions from the transcript and add them to the top of the transcriptions
UPDATING NEXT LIVE CALL DETAILS:
Make sure you have the following open or that you're logged in to:
InstantTeleseminar (IT)
Members' area (MA)
Time Zone Converter (TZC)
Get the next live call's details from IT (the Status column will indicate it as 'Future')
Use TZC to convert the date & time (DT) showing in IT for the following locations:
Brisbane, Australia (this is the top because the DT showing on IT will be Sandy's time zone)
Sydney, Australia
New York, NY, USA
Toronto, Canada
Auckland, New Zealand
London, UK
Update DMM's next live call page:
Live Manifesting Calls > Next Live Call
Click the 'Edit Lesson' at the top-most menu
Copy the even link from IT (it's the blue link below the one that says "To attend this event, click here 15 minutes before the event time")
Paste it to the lines on the page where you can see the same format as the link—looks like this: <a href="https://instantteleseminar.com/Events/111111111" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://instantteleseminar.com/Events/111111111</a>
Change the last 9 digits of the link for the 'US, International and Local Phone Numbers' to be the same as the last 9 digits of the link for the next live call
Change the date and time of the time zones indicated on this page with the date & time that was converted from step 3
Click 'Update'

REPLAYS OF PAST LIVE CALLS
Make sure you have the following open or that you're logged in to:
InstantTeleseminar (IT)
Members' area (MA)
Amazon S3 (S3) - Account ID: 4865-4773-1258
Download the call from IT:
Click the previous call/event from IT
Click the link below the 'Replay Page'
Input the password ('Replay Page Password')
Click the play button (it's usually what shows up first)
Click the download icon on the player (to the right of the call duration)
Right-click your mouse/mouse pad on the white audio player and click 'Save audio as'
OR:
Click the three vertical ellipses to the right of the white audio player then click 'Download'
Save to your computer with this format: DD.Month.YY
YY - is the last 2 digits of the year of the call
Month - is the month that the call happened but use only the first 3 letters
DD - the day of the call
Save to Dropbox:
2022 Virtual Assistant Team > PRODUCTS > DMM 2022 > Audio > Live call
Save the downloaded file to S3:
Scroll down and click the folder name: d-m-m
For convenience, click 'Type' once so it lists the folders first
Click the folder 'dmm2022/'
Click the folder 'Live Call/'
Click the orange 'Upload' button
Click the 'Add files' button
Go back to DMM's live call folder in DB
Click 'Last Modified' - doing this is for convenience because it will show you the audio you uploaded at the very top of the list
Select the most recent call
Click the orange 'Upload' button so upload starts processing
Make the audio accessible for public use
On the 'Live Call/' page
Tick the box to the left of the audio you uploaded
Click the 'Actions' button with the dropdown options (in the same line as the orange 'Upload' button)
Click 'Make public using ACL' (it will be the very last one on the drop-down)
Click the orange 'Make public' button
Update DMM's Replays of past Live Calls
Live Manifesting Call > Replays of past MME Live Calls
Click the 'Edit Lesson' at the top-most menu
Put the latest audio at the very top of the list which will then move the older one below it
Add a new month if it's the first call of the month
Copy the line with the link to the call, e.g.:
18th of November 2022 - <a href="https://d-m-m.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/dmm2022/Live+Call/18.Nov.22.mp3" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Listen to this Audio Here</a>
Paste it on a line above the previous call
Edit the date when the most recent call was held:
The one in bold:

Transcribe the call
Click on the 'Untitled Folder'
Upload the audio file by clicking on the left-button that says 'Add' and then click on 'Upload' from the dropdown options
A window will open to locate and select the audio in your computer
Select the audio of the current call you're wanting to transcribe
After it's uploaded, it'll appear on the screen amongst the media in the folder, then click on the file
On the right, click on the blue 'Generate transcript' button, select 'Automated transcript' from the options that will pop up, then click the blue 'Generate transcript' button
After it's processed for transcribing, and the transcript is generated, click on the ellipses on the right, at the top of the transcribed text, click on 'Copy'
Open a new word document, paste the transcription in the word document
Save the transcription to Dropbox folder: Dropbox > 2022 Virtual Assistant Team > > TRANSCRIPT > DMM > Live Calls > 01. Sandy to Edit
Then in the appropriate folder of the year when the call was held, for example: if the call was in 2025, open the 2025 folder then save the document there:

Find ALL the questions in the transcriptions and add them to the top of the transcription document

Login to Clickfunnels
Open the 'DIVINE MONEY MANIFESTING' funnel
Open 'Full Price DMM OF' then click the orange 'EDIT PAGE' button
Click the pink countdown timer element
Change the 'END DATE' to the next live call's date
Change the 'END TIME' to the next live call's time
Timezone's set to EST so make sure that it's the same date and time in the converted time from above and posted in the next live call page
Double-check that there are no other missing details
Click the 'Save' button at the top right corner of the funnel page

Login to Clickfunnels
Open the '2022 08 DIVINE MONEY MANIFESTING SALES FUNNEL' funnel
Open 'Sales Page - Full Price' then click the orange 'EDIT PAGE' button
Edit the countdown timer element at the top and bottom of the page
Change the 'END DATE' to the next live call's date
Change the 'END TIME' to the next live call's time
Timezone's set to EST so make sure that it's the same date and time in the converted time from above and posted on the next live call page
Check the mobile version of the page to confirm the timers are the correct date and time both at the top and the bottom of the page
Double-check that there are no other missing details
Click the 'Save' button at the top right corner of the funnel page

SEND REMINDER EMAIL ABOUT THE LIVE CALLS
Schedule to send: Monday (Aust) before a live call and one 2 hours before the call (on the Friday call)
DMM Live Manifesting Call Email Broadcast (Notification)
Login to Keap/Infusionsoft
Click on the left-side of the Keap header for the menu to pop out
Under Marketing, click 'Email & Broadcasts'
Click on the blue button that says 'Create broadcast'
Click 'Legacy broadcast' to start sending email broadcast notification to the DMM members
* Legacy broadcast because this has the template to use for sending the email
On the 'Select Email' page, click on 'Templates'
Select the 'DMM Live Call Template' to use for sending the email
Edit the email with appropriate details:
Subject line: DMM - Live Manifesting Call Soon
The 1st line of the email: "Our next Live Manifesting Call will be on Thursday/Friday, depending where you are in the world."
* ensure the days are accurate on the Next Live Manifesting Call page on the members' area
Subject: DMM - Live Manifesting Call Today
The 1st line of the email: "Our next Live Manifesting Call will be in 2 hours."
For recipients, click the 'New Search' blue link
Once the New List popup will appear, on the 'Tags' area, select: With ANY of these Tags
and then search and click for this tag: 'DMM 2022'
On the 'Tags 2' area, select: Doesn't have ANY of these
and then search and click for these tags: 'DMM PAYF' and 'PAYF for PAYF'
* these tags will ensure that the email will not be sent to people with unpaid balance
* DMM PAYF indicates that the people with this tag has unpaid balance
* PAYF for PAYF indicates that the people with this tag has more than 1 program and might be up-to-date with one but still has balance with the other
Click on the blue Search button at the bottom of the screen
On the top-right corner, click on the blue button that says 'Review and Send' once all of those have been checked as accurate, the email will be ready for sending.
Select 'Schedule for Later', the Wednesday before the next live call:
Send on this day: the Wednesday the same week as the live call
At this time: at the same time as the next live call
* e.g., if the next live call is on Friday, 28th July, 2023 at 11am Brisbane, schedule the email to send out on Wednesday, 26th July, 2023, 11am Brisbane
Select 'Schedule for Later', 2 hours before the scheduled live call:
Send on this day: the same day as the live call
At this time: 2 hours before as the next live call
* e.g., if the next live call is on Friday, 28th July, 2023 at 11am Brisbane, schedule the email to send out on 28th July, 2023 at 9am Brisbane
Click the blue 'Schedule' button once to schedule the email notification
